1. go to http://teamviewer.com/ and download the client by clicking “join a session” on the left hand side
2. Download the executable – run it (on windows) or install it (on apple)
3. then call me with the session ID and password
4. OR click  here to download (save to your desktop) windows TeamViewerQSpixie or apple TeamViewerQSdmg (current at October 2009)
5. THEN rename the files from .pdf to .exe (windows) or .dmg (apple) – this step is to get around most security software.
6. THEN go back to step 2 above
